Why are we doing this
We want to be in the place where the future emerges and takes its shape. Where changes in technology unlock new ways of living and relating to each other that were not possible before.
We were lucky to feel this thrill of creating the future several times in our career, being right at the cutting edge of reality. It is one of the most exciting feelings we were experiencing and we want to keep getting there again and again.
This is the magic place, it is authentic and true, it does not happen because you want it, instead it is a magical alignment of your vision, willpower and the world around you, industries, markets and most important hundreds, thousands and millions of people who voluntarily and happily engage with the fruits of your labour.
I see startups as a spiritual growth engine for the Western world. Why? Because to envision a successful startup you have to forget about yourself, your preferences, likes, and dislikes and tune in to the Other, to what others really want as well as to be continuously open for feedback!

Who we are
We are a mix of entrepreneurs, technology gurus, process managers, and marketers. Our core team comes from the digital consultancy scandiweb, which is the biggest and probably the most successful player in its vertical.
Over almost twenty years of working together we have seen technology shifts, shifts in ways of working and consumer behavior. We used to be kids browsing the internet in text mode, now we see our kids talking to AI.
Our vision is shaped by working with top brands like Puma, New York Times, Rockar, THE MET, Lancome, Samsung and hundreds more across the whole world. We have spent millions of hours writing code, designed thousands of wireframes and UI mocks, ran thousands of A/B tests, analyzed terabytes of enterprise data, and attracted millions of users through organic and inorganic campaigns.
Now we are ignited by the passion to share this experience with other leaders and partners of scandi VC and together turn it into what will become the future.

What is our goal
Creation of products and services that spark engagement of business and / or consumers. Acceptance criteria is not creation itself, but an enthusiastic adoption of the product or service by the target audience.
How are we going to get there
Being within the eCommerce and retail industry we see few trends and opportunities we are building already and look for partners to head them further to build, find product market fit and eventually scale up. We also welcome individuals or teams who have their own ideas, vision or MVPs and look for funding and expertise.
Our vision is a portfolio of startups that share the same platform and development framework each being led by a passionate leader supported by our board and external mentors.
Who we are looking for
An ambitious individual. You may not know how to get there or have relevant experience, but you are ready to step into the shoes of a leader and start figuring out what it takes to make your first sale, then eventually 100th sale and so on.
Imagine you work in the company that built Slack for internal use. And you are this person who started to offer it externally. There was nobody aware of it and … somehow you made it into a multibillion company!
Courage, daring, persistence, and usually being really good at at least one thing are the qualities of a person we would welcome on board.
What are our strengths
On one hand we have almost 600 people who are ready to build, architect, design, test or contribute in any other meaningful way. Also, we have a strong HR hiring pipeline, so we can hire just anybody, any competence anywhere if we need to.
On the other hand, our organic neural network is trained on seeing a substantial amount of failures and success, a good number of people, quite a bit of deals, so we have a gut feeling of what works and what looks like a passing hobby.
An additional bonus, we can test and roll out our service and product ideas within our portfolio that includes 100+ successful brands globally. We have a very close and trusted relationship with our customers, so sourcing their ideas or running an experiment is a matter of a call.
